User Contract

1. Sides

This agreement, www.easycarry.com.tr it was made between Easy Carry, which operates at its address, and the Internet user who logs in to the site, creates a membership, or purchases (the “User”). Dec.

2. Description of The Service

Easy Carry aims to offer and sell practical life products, especially shopping bag holding devices, to its users via the Internet. For orders placed through the site, users complete the purchase by confirming product, price, cargo and delivery information.

3. User Obligations

- The user undertakes that all the information he/she provides on the site is correct and belongs to him/her.

- It is obliged to protect the account information created while becoming a member.

- He is responsible for all the transactions he makes through the site.

- He cannot use the products for malicious purposes, against the law or unfairly.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

The User agrees that his/her personal information will be stored within the framework of the Privacy Policy. Your card information is not kept in our system, secure paying infrastructures are used.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the site (logo, brand, images, texts) belongs to Easy Carry. Unauthorized use, copying or distribution is prohibited.

6. Cancellation, Refund and Exchange

If the user wants to return / cancel the purchased products, he is obliged to comply with the conditions on the Return Policy page.

7. The Right to Change

Easy Carry reserves the right to make changes to this agreement. Updates are announced via the site and take effect as of the date of publication.

8. In Case of Disagreement

In disputes that may arise between the parties, Dec.C. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (or the place where the company headquarters is located) are authorized.
